Organisational leadership

The most complex creative environment is the arts organisation, composed of the people, programs and structures that foster independent practice. My approach employs strategic rigour, experimentation to test frameworks collaboratively, as well as the professional and creative development focus of my artistic projects. New spaces are generated from which new thinking can emerge.
